My dear, you need to find something to help. Like, legit. Your body starts to do some weird shit when its sleep deprived.yes, i have, it did not work out. :T
Hot tea. Relaxing music. Putting phone in another room so you won't be tempted. Using blackout curtains. Weighted blankets are amazing at making you feel cozy.
There are lots of things that might help, and will be better for you than a sleeping pill. I'm full of ideas, if you want to talk in pm.
But you really should get more than a couple hours every 2 days.
