I use a Huion H610PRO it cost me like $60-70 USD? Something like that? Was really cheap but sometimes it throws a tantrum and you have to restart your computer sometimes to get it to want to talk. But it is serviceable.

I've tried to learn Spanish, Japanese, German, and ASL.

I'm doing well with German but didn't do well with Japanese. ASL and Spanish I lost a lot of due to lack of use.
