Any advice? Seems more anatomically correct, but it still feels off to me
big thing to me is that base of the ear should be infront of the head. I see why you did that, it looks like if you followed those two lines all the way the ear would be at a really bad and obviously wrong angle.
If you look at our two pictures, our ears have a little bit of a rounded rhombus like effect.

It's a little more obvious in mine, because I drew my ears by making the straight lines in about the shape I wanted my ear to be, added the curves, and then modified it until I was happy with it.

For the inside of the ears, instead of that third line across, the conical shape of the ear is better done as two lines curving together. I wrecked the one in my avatar at some point, but oddly the rushed one I did for Christmas in July did it right despite having the ears at a wierd angle lol

Hope this helps :u

Look, I have no interest in most of Europe, as such I have no interest to research their languages and such. xD
I stick mostly to knowledge about Japan. :p
History is pawsome!! But Japanese history is very interesting and appealing. Bushido. Samurai. The Arts! The Tea Ceremony, Cho No Ya.

Seeing how the majority of America has people with Euopean last names I doubt the Japanese will help when pronouncing something like Flaherty.

How are all my furry friends this evening?
Hi Sky. ^-^
I just finished icecream, and have an energy drink, and feel super hyper! :3
How are you?

History is pawsome!! But Japanese history is very interesting and appealing. Bushido. Samurai. The Arts! The Tea Ceremony, Cho No Ya.
I know some of their history. Most of my knowledge is on etiquette and current day culture.

Seeing how the majority of America has people with Euopean last names I doubt the Japanese will help when pronouncing something like Flaherty.
Not my issue. :p

Hey Sky! I am super tired! Howl are you?
A bit mixed. I had that interview today and hope it went over well. She did say I had good answers.
It's also the last full day I have with my brother at home. I'm very upset...tomorrow we spend time with my inlaws father and go see a play, then early sunday I take him back to Indiana and I just don't want to.
Good to hear~

Well, a lot of latin sounds dont translate into asian languages. Asian folks talk with an accent because they've never made and are unable to make those sounds. I know it sounds weird, but its true.

No I know it is and is why I'm bringing this up as it's way more different and even has missing vowls as well.

Ha! Reminds me of this time my brother and I were doing a lot of driving and we made up a song. I forget the second verse but the first one basically went
If you don't like my driving
GET OFF THE ROAD!
If you don't like my driving
Get off my driving lane

and somewhere in the second there was a bit that went "Shit there went a stop sign"
...because I accidentally blew threw a stop sign and it just stuck. But that's all I remember from that verse.

I hope you feel better.

Untill you have to say a persons name...
"Excuse me, how do you pronounce your name?" Not that insulting, especially if you have a more unusual name. =]

They're able to, just untrained. It takes time.
In larger cities in Japan, English is taught through Elementary and I believe Middle School.

Yeah they also are bad at English as Japanese has missing vowls.
