You think too ahead. While you are still in school, part-time jobs are enough. When you reach the last year of high school (probably not with all bad grades) you should think about your future job. For now, try out as many things you can and want, so it will be eaiser for you to choose a job later.

But I'm nothing but a failure and wont get a job.

I said stop focusing on getting a job and focus on your studies. First you want to get to a high school that will help you get a not bad final exam. At the last year of high school you can think about jobs.
