Ok, so you have U1 / U2 = N1 / N2. You can do it with different steps and get the same result, but I did it like this:

Multiply everything by U2 and you get U1 = (N1 * U2) / N2.
Multiply everything by N2 and you get U1 * N2 = N1 * U2.
Divide everything by N1 and you get (U1 * N2) / N1 = U2.
