The biggest events in Brazil are concentrated in the Southeast. Brazil FurFest con is currently the largest (besides very recent; dates back to 2016) and from what I read gathered about 400 furries from 8 countries in its 2018 edition, most of them from Latin America; we also have Furboliche (fur bowling) and Abando (fur camping). Apparently last one will be replaced by an equivalent type of event named Furcamp. They give in more details on wikifur.
