It might not have seemed nice, but look at it this way.
If I had just sat there and done nothing, that truly would have been mean.
I did what I could with the abilities I had.
Sure, maybe I enjoyed it a little. *shrug*

But look. Now he knows he's strong enough to help himself.
He doesn't need help anymore when he's stuck!
He knows he can do it.
I just gave him a little push.

You know what they say about the difference between feeding someone a fish compared to teaching them how to fish, right?
