Well, it's certainly helped me become happier.I have the answer to the question that most of us are making:

I don't know, but it was really worth it!!!
I get to converse with people and use my experience to help other people with their problems, and that makes me feel really good.
I also make close friends I can confide in, so that feels good, too.
