Why are beds the hardest thing to get into at night, but the hardest to leave in the morning?
I slept in and an now partially upset with myself because of it :/

I usually enjoy some head discomfort when I wake up. Today it's around the eyes and there's some beautiful, zombie-like dark circles on top.
I don't enjoy losing day time for too much sleeping though, so I guess that's relatable u.u *pokes antlers*

Don’t hurt yourself, they are pointy!

I don’t like losing time for sleeping either. I can usually fall asleep pretty fast, my issue is with waking up. I usually don’t sleep in, but I rarely feel refreshed waking up, and can struggle waking up at a desired time. I could set a desired wake up time, let’s say 5:00 for example, but I’ll end up sleeping past till 7:00 :/

Oopsie-

Well that's kinda early compared to my 8-11 AM variations. I've been told to take it easy from screens at least one hour before sleep so my internal clock doesn't mess up but I'm quite a stubborn amphibian. At least I'm now able to sleep without taking meds anymore

Yeah, I enjoy waking up early(I’d do so more often if I didn’t feel so exhausted :v) feels peaceful in the morning before all the hustle and bustle of the day begins. Do a little stretch here, go for a walk there, and so on. It’s good you don’t need medicine though!

While I do love the different aspects in each time of the day we could maybe have longer mornings. Or, make a day entirely of morning, the next one a 24-hour night and so on, perhaps... Along with the required brain/body adaptations.
