Hmm, I hand't thought about that but once again, location and culture would factor in. If they were eating americans I'm sure it would be unhealthy for them with all the sugar and chemicals we imbibe on an daily basis.

Potatoes are glorious. So many wonderful things you can do with them......Then there's potato salad.

Today has been better than most. Partially because it's the first time I've been able to sleep in in about a month and a half

I did some mundane tasks... dishes, groceries, haircut, vacuumed, laundry... Doesn't sound like much but I'm pretty proud. 2 weeks ago all those things gave me a horrible sense of dread and anxiety and I ignored them to watch youtube or waste time in some other unproductive manner, so it feels good that I'm doing "normal" stuff easier now...

I'll still have nightmares of dishes.. oh my god.. so many dishes I had let pile up before now.

I don't get this, but maybe I'm the weird one. So many people at my work crack me up... When I'm using the men's room, I've had multiple people do stuff like
1. go the the urinal next to the one im actively using.... and just stand there until I leave before they will use it
2. seen a few actually forgo the urinal, walk into the stalled toilet, and use that for no. 1 (door wide open)

But none of that bothers me, that's their own preferences... The one guy who tried to have a conversation whilst we both used the urinal.. now that was uncomfortable

This is why I love drinking water. It is good and doesn't make me worry... well most of the time. As long as you try to ignore news or scare stories.

I was young too. Like 13 or 14? That's so long ago.

If it's plastic water bottle then it technically goes bad but only because the plastic gets in the water.
