You're all far too kind.. I'm still very much in the beginning stages of learning. I'm determined to get better though, and best part is I actually enjoy it.. a lot
When I'm concentrating on a piece... I forgot everything else and enjoy watching my thoughts come to life. It can be frustrating sometimes, but not enough to make me give up.
I do appreciate the encouragement, it's very motivating. For reference this avatar is literally the second thing I have drawn since I bought the tablet I currently use.. before that I had not drawn anything in well over a decade.. and definitely not anything I liked.

Nothing wrong with that... It's full well what I planned to do myself.. but I was considering trying it.. because I needed to try new things in my life.. I needed change for my life to get better...
I got one of my favorite sodas from the gas station on a whim one day... they never carried them before. The cap said "make art". That night I went on Amazon and bought a drawing tablet. Before this I basically had next to zero experience in drawing.
