Personally I prefer my glasses, no real hassle with them and since I live somewhere windy and dusty I'm not constantly ending up with crap in my eyes. Just my three ha'pennies.

Idk, how safe is it? How painfull is it? are you compfortable with it? And how expensve is it?

Quite safe. Haven't heard anything about pain yet. And about $300 per eye if there are no complications, so a bit pricey. I'm also not sure if my insurance covers anything, either.
