Neither can I. But I see it fits in with maws, and anything to do with gut/belly size. So it slots into lots of other similar fetishes.
Which I guess means it appeals to those who have those fetishes?
I mean I don't get what the heck causes any fetish, including my own ones. I don't... like that kind of stuff at all. But I know it provokes a physical reaction for some reason. Search me as to what that reason is!

Honestly, idk.
I have lots too. But I can explain most of them by putting them into the same broad category
And if I count that category as 1 fetish then I only have like 3
Basically I know I have lots of fetishes. But lots of them could all count as the same. I mean I'm a fairly innocent 16yo. How would I know what qualifies as separate fetishes?
Without categorisation I probably have about 10 as well
