You think you have finally found the depths of official stupidity but then there is another under it. Finally finished all my tax dealings and right at the end it asks me to prove again who I am (even though I'm logged in to the secure site) it lets me do this using either a letter with vague information on or I can use my passport, I select 'I'll use my passport', first question 'Do you have a passport?'
