Prolonged time with you head at just the wrong position that puts strain on the mussels and ligaments can cause this.

It should improve over a couple of days. Just have to be careful not to repeat what it was that caused it in the first place.

That's often the way and just one of those things.

Depending on what works for you, ether and ice pack helps or a hot shower helps.

I don't know if you should use at your age but Diclofenac Sodium Gel available from pharmacies can give some relief. You would have to ask the pharmacist about its appropriate use.

I used both hot and clod water but neither work. :(

As I mentioned it will get better for you over the next couple of days if you are careful.

When you're old these aches and pains hang around longer. And you start telling people that there must be a change in the weather coming. As your what ever aches when the weather changes.

Reminded me of grandma complaining about her joints so rain was about to come, or something along those lines. I thought that was countryside superstition, but as much as lower temperatures make me slightly stiffer, I find sense in that xP

People that have had bone injuries that have had to have metal pins and plates are often affected by the weather and causes them discomfort.
