In the Shin Megami Tensei mainline games you can choose a law, neutral and chaos rout to play and the enemies also have one of those 3 alignments and the terminator was an enemy in SMT 2 being a enemy with a law alignmenet.

No it's a old JRPG from 1994 released on the super famicom originally and is only avalible in Japan so it's only in Japanese unless you get the fan translation version off of a emulator ir a reproduction cart if it has one.
