Tyranids could be destoryed... But as you know or not - they are biological machines, they eat - they spread.
Necrons are like awaken from death... They could be destroyed, but as Tyranids... they are ineradicable.
I don't use "impossible" word. Anything possible, and it has a chance of happening.

The whole purpose for chaos being as strong as they are is because of the sentient races. That's the thing.
Chaos is the absolute balance to Order and the only way to be rid of Chaos is to also be rid of Order.
Chaos gained in power and hostility the further humanity evolved and spread. The two are deeply linked.
Before humanity, Chaos wasn't malevolent like it is now.

Well, until the Necrons almost killed all the Old Ones but that's kind of moot at this point lol
