My sibling has been diagnosed as "definitely on the spectrum" but they wanted $400 to complete the test to find out where.
I've had a handful of experts (mostly psychologists but I know a lady doing a lot of research towards it, writes books, etc so she can better understand her sons and help others) tell me I need to test myself as I "exhibit many of the traits."

I've never actually been tested, but I was told by one of my driving instructors that she thought I might be. It was entirely as a compliment, though, and it might explain some of my social difficulties.
