Hiring: LF Artist to create custom Cyborg/cyberpunk character ($100-200)

Hello, I am looking for an artist to create a custom oc character that is cyborg/cyberpunk themed. I was looking for an anime / realistic style artist to draw a human style android.
Basic Description:
Athletic but still curvy body type with "cyberpunk-esk" style body markings, prosthetic/mechanical legs with heel shaped boots for, one prosthetic/mechanics arm. medium length hair with one side shaved with a mixture of vibrant colors (green, purple, etc) for coloring. different colored eyes being visibly robotic in nature.

I was looking for two views on nude and another clothed in a latex style body suit
