My full-fledged illustration on one individual is worth 50$. A detailed portrait costs 40$. But if I simplify its style (for example, as here 2018 – 61 photos | VK then can reduce price from 20$ until 30$ for one individual!

Fortunately for you I have close to 10 years experience commissioning human characters in a variety of styles over those years. Though these can just be a few that I've posted online I've also wanted to do a group picture for a while.

My Prices are usually $25 USD Full body for the first character with a $10 add on for each additional character, which would make a commission the size of yours between $65 and $115 with no background, and another $10-$15 with background depending on background difficulty. This would be a max price of $130 USD which is well within your price range.
