Lining the mouth?

Hi, obviously you line the bottom jaw, but should you line the top?
It's my first head, and I can't find any images that allow me to see if people line the top jaw also. I'm not sure if it'd really be noticeable under the snoot, but would like to be sure before attaching the bottom jaw and making the whole thing a lot harder.
