I'd be more than happy to help you make a sheet for your character, for what you're looking for: Front/Back (With initial outfit) +1 outfit and some items I would charge a bit over your given budget at 170USD, However, looking at your budget a bit more, I could do all this (flat colors only rather than shading) at 155 USD, which is closer to your initial budget, we can also discuss pricing a bit further if you'd like to work with me but adjust for your given budget over Discord!
