Looking for Artist to Draw First Sona

Hey everyone, I'm not one for long introductions, so I'll just cut to the chase.

I'm looking for an artist willing to draw a sketch/reference of my black bear fursona. Since this will be my first ever commission, I have no visual references but will be more than happy to provide a detailed textual reference for what I'm looking for.

A little bit of key info:

• I'm just looking for a simple sketch/colored reference for my black bear fursona, preferably an SFW full body with more or less realistic proportions. I can provide a textual reference, or draw up a laughably bad drawing in MS Paint to better illustrate proportions and stuff

• I'm looking to spend anything up to about $40 USD, but will be willing to go higher if what I'm asking seems a bit unrealistic to you

• I don't really have a strict time limit for the finished product, but if it could be completed within a few weeks to a month, that would be awesome

• Since I would be using this piece as a reference for future commissions and such, I would enjoy being able to observe the in-progress piece before it's finished, if only to make sure we're on the same page
