im looking for a a dragon designer who can help me in creating a dragon character, and i mean like a full blown dnd dragon. just for a lil background they are a god of tempest, so big and scary, like an actual beast of a dragon that combines the themes of storms, water, and electricity. my budget is around 150$ max but theres some wiggle room. please post down below examples, prices, and an estimate of how much my request would cost tysm!
