Hiring: Looking for full body art of my dragon OC! ($40-60ish??)

I've been in a bit of a pickle with this OC for like... months. I love her a lot, but I don't have any art of her because she just wouldn't look good in my style. My art is very cutesy and bold, and I need something a little more striking and soft.

If you're willing to work with a description rather than an image ref, and if you're willing to help me iron out some of the final design details, I would absolutely love your help!
