I’m looking to commission a SFW reference sheet for my character, Kestra. Being a cyborg I’m guessing she’ll be more complex to do, hence why I’m asking here. I’m aware that this will mean a ref won’t be cheap, my budget is about $90.

Looking at your budget, I could work with that a small bit in doing a flat color, full body front shot of your character for 60usd (a little extra because your character has armor) and a back shot full body with flats to total to 95 USD all together, which goes a little bit over your given budget, but I think is a fair price for what's being asked for here!
