For his expression, a cheerful, toothy grin would be nice. For his pose you can draw him in a dancy-sort of pose (body side view, face front view)
And for my side I would prefer to do the fox or wolf, (I'm better at canines) but I can do one of the lions. Along with the reference I would like you to tell me the pose/expression as well.
