Looking to Make our Friend a fursona? $400 Budget

Hello! We are a small group of friends who wanted to do something nice for our furry friend for the holidays. We don't know anything about furries, but we know he is one and we asked if he had his own character and he said he did not. So we all chipped in and we have a budget of $400 USD payable in multiple ways preferably pay pal. and we want y'all to help him out and make him a Fursona (we hope we are using the term right) if you are interested please let us know we will glad send pictures of him were not gonna put his face just on the post that'd be weird. and we would like to have ether one or multiple artworks by Christmas but that timeline is flexible if need be so to sum up.

-We asked what he would be one time and he said a Fox or a wolf would be cool!
- would like to have it done by Christmas but that is flexable
-hes a college athlete if that helps you get an idea he plays ice hockey
-We have 100's of pictures of him so you can get an idea of who he is and his "style" I guess

Final notes we don't know anything about this stuff but were looking to help our friend express his love of something he thinks is cool sorry if we used any terms incorrectly or are being rude by asking you to come up with a character for us, but if you are interested we would love to send you some pics or our beloved friend for a great holiday surprise.
