Manimals whom are well-dressed and fashionable; a league of gentlefurs, if you will.

Most of the Internet man-animals I see these days are so scruffy and unkempt. T-shirts, jeans, and...hoodies! How gauché.

I do appreciate a proper gentlefur when I have the opportunity to see one. If it were up to me, every animal person would be required to wear at least one of the following items:
: sport or pea coat
: oxford shirt
: vest

If you've seen any, please do feel free to post them and share your gentlefur stories.

Some of my personal favorites:

A possum who has obviously had proper breeding.

A rather dashing fox in a tousled oxford.

A moose who has discovered the magic of layering, but clearly not the dangers of smoking or contrast collars.

A jackal who coordinates his colors very well.

A kangaroo rocking a six-button blazer.

A fox in a trendy suit.

I find them all so precious. I hope you agree.

oh god military garb. I love me a boy in his dress blues. Normally I would be annoyed to give into a stereotype, but I'm not sure I've seen a guy look bad in dress blues.

No. And I realized the foolishness of my post shortly after I'd confirmed it and I was too lazy to edit.

But it still feels weird. I can't quite put my finger on it just yet but there's something I don't quite get about this whole thing.

And I'm gonna keep on loitering around this thread 'til I figure it out.

I'm almost willing to forgive the fact that he has buttoned only the first row of buttons in his six-button blazer.

Without the first two rows it looks terribly sloppy. This is an unforgivable breach of protocol.

I say, do it right or leave it open.

Most anthropomorphic characters dress how furries themselves dress, and I'm given to understand from con pictures that furries wear tripp pants, so what did you expect?
