I've been obsessively working on this horror/mystery story for the past four weeks. It's about an alcoholic college student plagued by nightmares and hallucinations. Meanwhile, several students go missing, including one he's close to. In some compulsive desire to rectify a particular transgression, he searches for answers.

I encourage constructive feedback from anyone. This is my first attempt to write fiction since age 15. There are probably some literary errors, as I'm dyslexic, so I will try to have it edited before it's finalized. There may also be some autocorrect mistakes, also. Being the masochist I am, I wrote 95% of this on my phone.

What I'd particularly like feedback on is how I can better establish the characters, whether I overuse figurative language, and ways I can up the horror elements. It is a work-in-progress, so I'm not set on anything I've written thus far.

Oh, and the title's relevance become apparent later.
