Which makes me think of another point. By necessity, a mod couldn't have anyone blocked, cause they need to be able to see everything that is going down all the time.
that is a really good point they need to have thick enough skin not to block anyone in the first place because that could lead to rule manipulation and banning people for no reason

yes and no. People do block others for reasons other than hatred or disdain. Sometimes it's just they need a break and it can actually be a really smart and logical move to make. But mods by necessity can't have that luxury, so yeah, they'll need to be able to handle all kinds. Particularly if they need to get in between any nasty shit going on between users.
