Bug/Site Problem: notes: I am not receiving his, he's not receiving mine

communication between thecapedmanlloyd & download_a_flareon is not possible. he does not receive my messages and I do not receive his. he says in an email that he sent me a note stating he was done with my image. I never received it. I sent him four regarding next commission, he never received mine

Please allow us, as staff, some time to actually see this thread, instead of making comments like that.
We're a volunteer crew, and as such, not active 24/7.

I've sent both of you a note on FA, to see if either of you can receive mine.
You both don't seem to have notes disabled.

you know, the notes (title) are in bold until the person you sent them to reads them (opens them, to be accurate). Are the notes you sent still in bold?

Both users replied to the notes I sent out, so that would indicate that the system is working properly. I can't see any technical issues on these accounts.
