This is a SCR controller and they exist for managing electrical power to things needing presise control or power factor correction. Notably heating elements and motors.
It’s on a standard DIN rail of the sort PLCs can also go on.

It’s fine, the numbers on discrete semiconductors are often a nightmare to read IRL oddly enough.

Here’s a Atari 520ST. Or a poor man’s Amiga. People mostly got this over a Amiga because of the MIDI ports in it.
