Pretty sure that as soon as that happened the factory would stop producing all other ice cream flavors to prioritize mint with chocolate chip production.
Give it a year or two and the factory rebrands completely, under the name 'Minty Chee's Minty Ice Cream'; their mascot is Minty the Cheetah, their CEO is A Minty cheetah and everything in a 10 kilometer radius of the factory smells like mint and chocolate chips.
It would be a global hit.
