We have a Swiss version of Jingle bells, that is about Christmas cookies xD
I can understand the feeling. It can be tiring to hear the same standards over and over again.

My favourite though is a sad one:
It's about Christmas peace in 1914, WW1
The English title is "When the weapons fell silent"
Here's the English lyrics:
