Watching media in another language is a great way of learning to understand a language. I used to watch Sonic X in English to practice that ^^

Ah, I agree! I sometimes watch The Lion King in Hebrew because the option was there, and it sounds really beautiful! I've learnt a few words from that!
I've also recently started listening to traditional Irish songs to get more in touch with my heritage
