During a truce is about the only time it is safe to hug a Sabertooth! *Hugs all*

I get to go downstairs and cook a ham for dinner later. I'll make some dressing and some steamed carrots and a white cake with chocolate icing.

I also wanted to say how much I appreciate everyone in this thread (and anybody else on FA that I've had the privilege of meeting/chatting with). You all are lovely people and I'm so glad to have met you! Never change, you guys are amazing! I hope you all have a wonderful, fun, and safe holiday :)

P.S: After today, you preds are going to get multiple helpings of DEFEAT (at least I hope so, we'll have to see :D)

Since we're all being sentimental for the Christmas truce I'll join in.

You guys are amazing! I'm just wanna say thanks to everyone in the thread and all of FAF. I had a helluva time with y'all these last few months and I've enjoyed every bit of it. Even the part where I was trapped in a zoo and temporarily lost my mind.

You guys have inspired me to more active and social, something I've always struggled with. Since jumping back into FAF I've gone to my first con, attended a number of meets, and have made lots of new friends both online and IRL.

So thanks again and have a wonderful Christmas

Fruitcake is pretty good :D. A good fruitcake has just the right amount of tanginess and sweetness, and I haven't had the misfortune of tasting a bad one yet!

I quite like it, plus if you bake it right it never goes off.
(I think we've got one from last Christmas which is still ok.)

I do love me some cake, but I find that fruit cake is just okay.
Here's a weird one for you - my dad's family originate from the county of Yorkshire where it's traditional to eat Christmas cake with cheese! Usually a local variety such as Wensleydale.
