Now that the new years hype is over, I don't really know what to do :/

I guess I'll just try to do some Overwatch competitive matches. Those golden guns won't earn themselves :D

True. It also means my excursion to the city pond was a waste of gas. At least it's a nice spot for a walk at night.

Also, one of those bars was an 80's night and I really wish I knew about it sooner.
There you go! I love breathing in that crisp, cool air on winter nights!

That sucks that you couldn't make it! The 80's had some good music, too :(

I would really love something to restore. I would kill for a split oval window bug.

So I decided to look up prices and oh boy, split windows are stupid expensive. Hemmings has a 1949 for almost $100k. But man, it's immaculate.

I never found a bug, but I owned a MkI Golf Cabriolet for about a year (before it caught fire), and then later a 1978 Porsche 924. I was amazed by how much overlap there was between parts. A lot of suspension parts between both cars were ripped straight from Super Beetles, including the Porsche's entire rear axle and front suspension, and random bits that were shared with VW vans and old Audis. Which makes sense when you consider that the 924 was designed by VW then sold to Porsche.

My friend, Nash the Red Panda just bought a black 71 convertible bug.

Nice! Not to hound, but...any pics?
