While we're still here: Paul Cornu demonstrates the first rotary wing aircraft. Like modern helicopters, it's incredibly unstable and can barely be controlled, requiring ground tethers for stability. Nevertheless, it's the first proof of concept of what would become the helicopter.

I play a lot of minesweeper to get sleepy when I can't get tired. I have a 15% win rate which is good in that game. My lowest time is 265.

I inherited a bunch of stuff from my grandmother and sold a lot of it off to help my brother who had cancer. I had an Eddie Rickenbacker autographed stamp and an autographed letter on Eastern Airlines letterhead.
