Wasn't it a financial breakdown?
I have to be honest, I do not know the story of Swissair that good. I was 5 when they went bankrupt ^^

It was cited as a contributing factor. Most of it was management, which I vaguely remember as being super aggressive in acquiring smaller airlines, but SWR111, the travel downturn from 9/11, and the competition from cheaper budget airlines were some other contributing factors.

As far as I know, the managers who crashed the airline, got millions of compensation payment.
Sometimes capitalism is just perverse :/

Well, from 3.1 to 10 I've seen almost everything installed on some machine ^^

But XP was by far the best!

My family and I were visiting my aunt and uncle who lived Austin at the time. We were on big hill overlooking the city and watched all the fireworks go off
