According to Martin Withers (Captain of XM607) the fully loaded and fueled Vulcan was well above its designed takeoff weight, he had enormous problems getting it off the ground. So, not bad for a 30+ year old aircraft, hand built in a shed outside Manchester.Should be closer to 204k, and that's TOW with crew and fuel. But yes, it does have a decent payload.
