Final update: 10 hours later, and I'm home. Holy fuck, do I have some choice words for CAA. These guys somehow deleted my service call and didn't tell me until about 2 hours ago. I had to jury rig something from Crappy Tire in -21 C and limped the stupid thing home. At least they offered me a rental. Which would be nice if any of the agencies were still open.

I plan on going full Karen for tomorrow when I try to get a hold of their call centre manager.
