A tin of tuna... two huge heaping teaspoon dollops of mayonaise... about a teaspoon of horseradish sauce... a couple of tablespoons of sweet pickle relish... half a chopped up yellow or white medium sized onion. Measurements don't need to be exact, but try to drain the tuna and relish well before adding in the other ingredients.
