I would like to enter into evidence these items recovered from the scene of the fire. Some chewing gum apparently being used to hold fuses in place, a bulldog clip being used in place of a fuse, and most troubling of all, this....!

....Store own-brand duct tape!!!!

As you can see none of these ‘improvements’ were there at the last safety inspection carried out by my department three months ago.

*Sits down, promptly dozes off.*

hrrrrrumph!!! These pictures are clearly taken out of context!!

First off, that chewing gum was used by my clients to indicate the fuses that needed to joined during the following session. Its distinctive and colourful appearance makes it superb for this kind of job!

Secondly, that bulldog clip was put there for convenience as my clients filled out the paperwork. those things can get really annoying when you have to flip the page!

And lastly, that duct tape was a free gift given to all who choose lupus electrics as the best in the business!:D
