Just say what kind of RP you are after, and make it clear you are only interested in SFW behaviour.
Beyond that maybe an age range for your RP partner (some people are uncomfortable RPing with someone significantly younger/older than themselves) and whether you want full literacy from the other person (2 sentences or more in a reply) and a good grasp of grammar and spelling.

This is just some of the stuff I've seen that seems to make sense.
