Remember... A box of fox licks is a great valentines gift!
And with the afternoon session starting, here is Professor Mouse's class on movie trivia.
For the filming of 'The Spy Who Loved Me' the film company needed an oil tanker. Shell volunteered one of their empty ones however owing to the fire risk posed by the gasses in an empty tanker the insurance was seen as too high. The production company turned to their effects team who build a custom model for the filming and all shots of the tanker were done using this model. For the premier the captain of the Shell tanker was invited along and was stunned to learn that there wasn't a single shot of his tanker in the film he had been convinced while watching it that the bulk of the shots had been.

But how is one to transport a fox lick in the event that you are unable to bestow them yourself?

I like the one for Hawaii, I quite like the Maryland one too.
I know what you mean. I lurk in a few Telegram groups and I swear, it's a struggle to understand what's going on. It's like 70% inside jokes and references to things I'm not interested in or knowledgeable of. It's kind of intimidating to jump in the middle of that. Luckily that group also does fur meets that are a lot easier to navigate in person. especially if it's based around some team game, like the fur bowling meet that happens every month. Those at least give you an 'in' to start a conversation.Ah, the Maryland one is nice, and unique among flags, being based on a heraldic crest. It also looks especially good, fluttering in the wind. And I miss it, as it is also a very diverse, quirky, progressive state.
Well...still have to nose in on that Telegram group; not sure, why I am so shy...I think, partly, it's hard for me to just barge in to what seems like a lot of people who already know each other, talking about stuff I don't have a ton of interest in? Have to find some angle; appear upbeat, focus on things we might have in common...but geez, it's tough to get the gumption to seek out furry life on a local/state level: some of it is based on past fur meets not really being very thrilling/interesting, but maybe this will be different.
Is there some guide to how to post like a millennial, who only types a few words at a time, and not feel resentful or unhappy doing it?![]()
But what if you think I deserve it? Then you'd be evil not to spray me.Don't worry, I'm not that evil to spray you.
