I don't know, but probably yes.

Also: Yesterday in astronautical history, Voyager 2 was successfully repaired and returned to service - while the craft was 11.5 billion miles from Earth - after an unknown fault caused the probe to shut down on January 28 of this year. Since it takes 17 hours for a signal to travel to or from the probe, this is the longest documented case in tech support history of turning it off and on again.
