I have gotten the first page of my comic done :3
Although the dialogue is missing...so I've asked the artist to add that in.

The most interesting one I've seen is the skunk balloon animal!
*is sure Simo will use them in some devious manner to abduct and overpower the predators for his zoo*

I really liked the artist's style and thought it would be perfect for this story :3

It is expensive to commission the pages, though. This one cost $45 US and as you can see, it's uncoloured. However, I do have another artist to do that side of things!
I'm sure with a splash of colour it'd look even better!

I'm going for a slice of life thing. Sort of a crime drama but lighthearted in places. Bunch of ideas swimming around!

It might just be because it's an anthro setting and a cop story, but it has a bit of a Zootopia feel to it:D though, it's also it's own thing:)

It does, actually! I only saw Zootopia for the first time last year. It was a pretty cool film :3

Well, this one's a bit more adult, though entirely SFW :3
I like realistic stories that have grit and edge to them. Makes it more believable for me, personally!

Though Zootopia had some dark and throught-provoking themes, too.

Excellent!

Since I haven't made any official things to do with his backstory, I thought about using this as a way of visualising that. That way, people can learn more about him. Plus, I'll be throwing in my OC's that haven't been used or developed much, telling their story, too :3

I might also try and include the characters of top supporters, similar to how some comics do that in the fandom!

I also designed a map for the setting, too. Very much US-inspired, here :3

Interestingly, it's a mash-up of San Francisco and Miami, due to the fact I couldn't decide and wanted to make somewhere unique, with a tropical feel!
