Heck yeah! I play a killer ukelele :D

How's everyone on this fine day (except it isn't fine where I live because it's raining)?
Not too bad :)

Kinda tired from yesterday, as I've gotten home late from a concert (yeah I know, pretty rate case :D), so I might not stay too long today ^^

Doing alright here...snowed last night/today, and a bit more than I expected: about 6 inches of heavy, wet snow. Takes a good deal of effort, to shovel all of that! But spring is supposed to come early this year.

I hope your brain case isn't too rattled with all of the headbanging that you must've done! I hope you enjoyed yourself :D

Glad to hear it, @Spilogale Pygmaea! Keeping up with your French, I hope?

I'll trade you our buckets of rain for some snow XD

I have yet to get any nice snow pictures because, other than December, it all just melts away. It's never this warm in PA! We just keep getting rain or freezing rain, which is just nasty. I would've gotten some pictures in December, but I didn't wanna parade around college campus with my camera out a d have people think I'm a weirdo, haha. Maybe I'll head West in order to get some :D

Also, here's hoping we do get an early spring. Punxsutawney Phil said so (I really wanna go see that groundhog in action! I'm not too far lol)
I hope the snow melts a bit and softens for you so it's a bit more manageable!

Aw, I noted the groundhog said spring was coming soon! They sure are cute nibblers. I used to see tons of them when I lived in Maryland; not at all shy, they are very content to just eat and eat and eat on the sides of the road. I may have even seen some relatives of Punxsutawney Phil. : P

I once saw some pics of Alpine Groundhogs; I think they were taken in Austria...lemme look for them...

OK!

In Swiss German, we call them "Murmeli", which is short for Murmeltier ^^

In some dialects, they are called "Mungg".

I do see some sometimes when hiking, but most of the time they are very shy!

They're definitely not shy at all! The chunky fellow keeps on trying to live under our shed and it frequently eats at my mom's plants and keeps digging underneath the shed. My dad wants to shoot it really badly (he loves to hunt and my neighbors are having problems with it too) but I keep on dissuading him :D

They're cute chonkers!

Aw! Us skunks will save him, if need be!

Also, I have found out there is a fur-meet, at the RollerFox Roller Rink, coming up. It's about 2 hours south of here, near Muskegon. I'll have to see if we can go...but it looks like they have them pretty regularly, and there's suppose to be about 8 fursuiters, at the next one! I'll have to put this on my calandar/radar; it is the closest meet, so far.

Given that there's a RollerFox, now, I just have to find a BurgerFox!

*retires to Burlington for the time being*
iu

That's a nice town! Spent a summer there, when I was 13...among the places I considered living/moving to. Seems hard to find work around there, but it's a highly, highly desirable place to live...right on a beautiful lake, liberal, college town, and you have the Vermont Mountains right there, and it's quite near to Montreal.

That seals the deal.

You should visit Burlington; it really makes you wanna move there! It is quite snowy there; it is about the same degree north as here, in Traverse City. Good city for biking/walking, and also, lots of amazing hiking really, really close...and also, very clean. One of those places utterly lacking in pollution.

Ooh, I like to bike and walk! Yeah, probably someday.

Ah, it has nice bike paths, along the lake, and in town. I think it takes about 60 to 90 mins to get to Montreal, depending. But not overly far...and New Hampshire is also very nice; almost moved there as well. Check out the city of Portsmouth, on the little blippet on the seaside. Two cities I would not at all mind living in.
