OK. I need to go visit my friend's mom in the hospital. She is the one I talked about the other day. She had been in a diabetic coma with astronomically high blood sugar. It was so high, they said it was almost a miricle she didn't die or at least have a stroke. She is doing a lot better now.

Glad to hear!

Making a spinach salad here, as part of eating healthier in the new year. Am increasing fruits, veggies and proteins, and cutting out fats, inasmuch as possible. I find I feel a lot more energetic, when I avoid fats, and my digestion is tons better. With so much negative attention devoted to carbs these days, it's easy to overlook the menacing nature of fats.

I am sorry to hear that. I am glad she is doing better and I hope she recovers soon.
